HR Director (Healthcare ) Dubai 🚨 We're Hiring | UAE Healthcare & Community Management I'm currently looking to recruit for the following positions: We're looking for an experienced HR leader who can drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and establish robust HR processes. : ✔ Minimum 7 years' experience in the healthcare sector ✔ Minimum 5 years' HR leadership experience within the UAE ✔ Strong understanding of UAE labour law and the local healthcare landscape ✔ Fluent in Arabic and English ✔ Proven experience leading and developing HR teams ✔ Ability to build HR processes and frameworks from the ground up ✔ Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment
