We’re Hiring! Job title: Indoor Sales Representative Key Responsibilities * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, highlighting features and benefits. * Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. * preparing customized quotations, effectively closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets. * Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions as needed. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Requirements and Skills * Experience in Indoor or retail sales within the tiles or building materials industry, preferably in Dubai, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively. * Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems. Preferred qualification * Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently. * Understanding of sales performance metrics. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Enthusiasm for sales and a genuine passion for helping customers. * preparing customized quotations, effectively closing sales.
