Job Opening: Junior Architect 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary Zoya Developments LLC is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of UAE experience, preferably with a contracting company, and will assist in architectural design, project coordination, preparation of technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards. Requirements *Bachelor's degree in architecture. *1–3 years of UAE experience with a contracting company (preferred). *Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. *Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures. *Strong technical drawing and architectural design skills. *Excellent communication and coordination abilities. *Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. *Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications *Experience in residential and commercial projects. *Familiarity with BIM workflows. *Knowledge of sustainable design principles is an advantage.
